Ramón y Cajal

Ramón y Cajal was born in Petilla de Aragón (Navarra). His father was Justo Ramón Casaús, and her mother was Antonia Cajal. Justo and Antonia lived in Larrés. Ramón y Cajal studied in Zaragoza. He worked as a doctor in 1873. In 1874 Ramón y Cajal went to Cuba where he worked as a doctor. In 1878 he had tuberculosis. In 1854 was born his brother Pedro. In 1857 was born his sisther Pabla. In 1859 was born his sister Jorja. In 1879 Ramón y Cajal married Silveria Fañanás Gracía. In 1880 was born his daughter Fe. In 1883 was born his second child Santiago. In 1884 was born his third child Enrriqueta. In 1885 was born fourth child Paula. In 1886 was born his fivfth chil Jorge. In 1890 was born his sixth child Pilar. In 1891 died his Enrriqueta. In 1892 was born his seventh child Luis. Ramón y Cajal moved to Madrid. In 1898 died his mother Antonia Cajal. In 1904 died his father Justo Ramón Casaús. In 1912 died his son Santiago. In 1830 died his wife Silveria. In 1934 he died. In 1906 Ramón y Cajal got the novel Prize in Physiology.
